What’s it all about?

Accurate shift tracking is a huge challenge in any business. Our product streamlines the staff user experience, starting from clocking in for work, to processing and sending off timesheets to payroll.

It’s an all-in-one cloud-based solution that intelligently captures and calculates pay through automating key validation systems to improve accuracy and speed in payroll processing.

What are the benefits?

Set distance parameters for staff to adhere to when clocking on and off for work, with automated alerts sent to managers for quick and easy review.

• Pay Codes and Awards

Assign various pay grades and award rates to employees to ensure that the rates of pay for each individual are accurate, whilst remaining private and confidential.

• Employee Profiles

Manage all employees by separating them into groups based on their role in the company, including contractors. Review, edit or approve timesheet discrepancies before submitting for payroll.

• No apps or hardware required

This is a web-based system that requires no external applications or specific hardware to be implemented.

• Payroll integration

Export timesheet data into a required format that is compatible with any payroll system.

Use our proven QR code check-in system for employee shift start and finish time stamps

1. Monitor staff submissions

View all clock in/clock off data on a dashboard to review and approve, with the ability to export the data for payroll to process.

Who’s using it?

National logistics provider Border Express uses Comply Group’s QR codes to track shift start and finish times, with geofencing and award interpretation, integrating hours worked directly into their payroll system.

The Time & Attendance product was built as a custom solution for Border Express as a part of our Comply Group Labs workshop. Already using the Workplace Check-Ins and Compliance Passports, Border Express approached us about building a replacement system that was fully customised to simplify their staff time tracking process across 19 locations.

The Comply Group team continues to work closely with Border Express to provide ongoing support with the software, whilst expanding the platform further to build custom features for the organisation.
