The Watchlists product was created to provide an extra layer of security and transparency, to be used in a variety of scenarios and use cases.
For example, when security or staff need to be aware of a VIP guest, person prohibited from entering the building (e.g. employee under suspension/investigation) or a potential or known security threat that staff need to be aware of.
We currently work with a number of organisations that use Watchlists to keep record of all known Persons of Interest, both VIP and security threats. Watchlist settings are often configured to ensure security and reception are notified immediately when a Person of Interest enters the building, enabling businesses to respond to known Person of Interest in a quick and discrete manner when required.

For each Person of Interest you can attach the following information to trigger a Watchlist alert. This will ensure that your team knows everything that is needed to know about the Person of Interest.
Including a phone number in the profile of your Person of Interest creates an additional data point to help when cross referencing.
Additional notes can be added to a Person of Interest that can be instantly shared, enabling your team to learn more about what this person may have done previously, or what needs to be done on their arrival.
Is there a particular Person of Interest that requires additional special attention, such as a VIP guest? You can simply add notification recipients phone numbers to the Person of Interest. This way, the guest will receive the attention they require upon arrival, whilst also notifying the other team members.
